The room was very spacious and clean. The little balcony was also a nice touch. Room had a desk and chair for work, and the bed was comfy. The location was also great, with the city train station close by, and a great selection of cafes and restaurants about. The hotel also had a ramen place downstairs which was cool.

Silent yet very accessible. Nine minutes extra BTS ride from Nana area. Some nice restaurants, spas and street food near by. Rooms and common areas are very clean. There's microwave oven in the ground floor common area.

S44 Rooms is just a 5-minute walk from both Phra Khanong and Ekkamai BTS Stations. I chose to stay at this hotel because it’s budget-friendly, yet the service is outstanding. The owners are very accommodating, kind-hearted, and considerate. What I appreciate most about this hotel is its cleanliness and the comfort it provides. I highly recommend S44 Rooms!

Location is very strategic, short walk to BTS, restaurants and cafes, grocery and convenient stores. Access to public transport like buses, song tew, motorbike is good.

very clean and very good location. very close to the bts and plenty of food around in the area. the two cats checking you in the hotel are adorableeee

Clean and quiet, though only about 100 feet from main road in dead end soi, no passing traffic. S44 is nearer prakanong bts station, than it is ekkamia bts, ideal if traveling light. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Kettle and cups supplied but no coffee, also room safe was locked ? ,not to bothered as only there 1 night.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff and also the owner were incredibly helpful. This hotel is near by the BTS sky train, so it is really easy for us to explore around Bangkok as we were using BTS sky train during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok. Overall, I had a great experience with S44ROOM!

stayed 8 nights, very big and very clean room. super happy with our booking. we had a big fridge, water kettle and a desk which was nice. The cleaning was super good and felt really clean. one of the best we had in Asia.

My room had a balcony with a (kinder)garden view. The space was big enough, clean and neat also. Hotel is placed on a very short street so there's no traffic here and very quiet. In case I need to stay in Ekkamai area again, I think I'll stay there.
